This is sometimes known as a wipe in which you clear all programs and personal data from the phone.

Common symptoms that there is a cell phone bugging app on your smart phone is reduced battery life, unexplained static during calls and also the phone light (especially with a Blackberry bug) will come on like it is in use although it isn?t.
